30% new French oak and 5% new American oak.
Wine matured in barrels for 18 months to classical music and with rackings every six months.
Wine bottled by hand, unfiltered and unfined

Tasting Notes

An elegant peppery nose with ripe mulberry and white chocolate. Black berries, plums and white chocolate with ripe tannins on the palate showing a well balanced wine with a smooth finish. Would show its full potential by being enjoyed in a Shiraz glass, at a serving temperature of 18C and accompanied by classical music.
